We only use a high quality, commercial grade sealer called Black Mac.
Store bought sealants such as acrylic and water based, only paint the top of your asphalt driveway leaving it still dry underneath. During the winter thaw, the store bought sealants can chip, peel or flake off leaving your driveway unprotected and susceptible to cracks.
Black Mac is a petroleum/oil based product which is the very substance asphalt is made from. When applied to your driveway by a high pressure sprayer, it does just paint the top. Instead, the sealer penetrates the surface going deep into your asphalt. This protect against the sun's harmful U.V.B. rays and restores colour and aesthetics thus extending the life of your driveway and saving you money!

LINE STRIPING
The best way to achieve functionality to traffic flow, parking areas and pedestrians is line striping. Line striping and pavement markings is an inexpensive service that beautifies you business. We only use high quality, industry approved traffic paint on all parking lots big or small. We also paint a variety of stencils including handicap parking stalls, child parking, reserved parking, no parking, visitors parking, number stencils, letter stencils & arrows to name a few.
CRACK REPAIR
When pavement begins to crack, it allows water to penetrate the asphalt base increasing the amount of movement during the winter freeze and the spring thaw. This can erode the base of your driveway or parking lot causing more cracks, and shorten the life of your asphalt.
The solution, apply hot crack sealant to fill the cracks before your property is sealed.
Hot-Applied Crack Sealant is a flexible, rubber-like commercial grade product that is used to repair cracks of any length or width in asphalt pavements. It starts out as a solid, rubber block which is then melted in a special kettle and is heated to 375 degrees F. Once melted, the crack filler is applied to the cracks. The crack filler hardens up deep inside the crack, sealing out moisture from penetrating your asphalt. This prevents it from causing further crack development and promoted a long lasting repair and a neat finish.
